InVenture + #SocEntLA Summer Tuesday Happy Hours + You!

Notice our flurry of tweets and Facebook posts about #SocEntLA Summer Tuesdays these past weeks? This summer, we’re bringing the Los Angeles community together to engage with the growing social enterprise scene and we are inviting YOU to be part of it!
 
Along with some exciting organizations like the HubLA and StartingBloc, we kickstarted a summer Happy Hour series for our fellow Angelenos to mingle with some awesome visionaries in the social enterprise space and also to meet fun, bright and like-minded folks.  
 
We started at Akasha for our first #SocEntLA Happy Hour in July and most recently gathered at Rush Street in Culver City last Tuesday. We made great friends with some inspiring entrepreneurs helping to provide educational resources to children in Haiti (Global Adolescent Project), conversed with enthusiastic MBA/MPP students, and saw some friendly familiar faces (StartingBlocLA, Global Do Gooders), all part of the budding Los Angeles social entrepreneurship community!
